Terms of service for the GPT Image 2 Hub

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPT Image 2 Hub and related admin tooling, APIs, and workflows offered by GPTPro.art ("we", "us"). By visiting the gallery, creating an account, submitting prompts, or purchasing paid features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

GPTPro.art provides a production-ready Next.js frontend, multilingual prompt library, admin console, and supporting scripts that help you browse, remix, and distribute OpenAI gpt-image-2 prompts. Core features include:

  • Public gallery with localized metadata, previews, and prompt copy actions
  • Prompt enrichment pipeline (prompt/ scripts) for deduplication, tagging, and dataset exports
  • Admin settings console for managing authentication, storage, payment, and model providers
  • Billing integrations for subscription management, credits, and renewals

We may introduce new modules or discontinue features at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any service modifications.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the services.
  • Account registration requires accurate information; keep it current.
  • Safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all actions under your account, including those performed via connected OAuth/model keys configured in /admin/settings.
  • Notify us immediately at pingping1369@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of prompts, tags, translations, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GPTPro.art a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, analyze, and distribute the content in connection with the gallery, marketing, and prompt dataset exports. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights.

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or redistribute proprietary application code except where open-source licenses explicitly allow it
  • Upload malicious code, automated scraping, or actions that degrade service performance
  • Misrepresent prompt authorship, attribution, or license terms
  • Attempt to circumvent metering, credits, or subscription limits
  • Use the service to violate applicable laws, export controls, or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

6. Payments and Credits

Certain features (e.g., premium prompt packs, increased API quotas, collaboration seats) may require a paid subscription or credit balance processed through Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change; we will provide reasonable notice before new pricing takes effect. You remain responsible for taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party model vendors, storage providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures, but we may suspend integrations that create security or compliance risks.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and prebuilt components of GPTPro.art remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their intended purpose. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay fees, or create risk/liability for GPTPro.art or other users. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Sections 4, 6, 8–13) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the gallery will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that prompt outputs will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTPro.art and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the services in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us during that period or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPTPro.art, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GPTPro.art is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless another forum is required by applicable law. You and GPTPro.art consent to such venue and waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the site or email. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revisions, you must stop using the services.
